Crack the eggs into a bowl and mix in the following spices: pepper,onion, garlic, cayenne pepper, and Adobe. Cut the avacado into small slices or medium size chunks and mix it in with the beat eggs. Butter or oil a skillet and place the eggs into the center of the skillet. Bake the eggs on 450 degrees for 15 minutes.
